Roles/Responsibilities:
- Produce Integrated Assessment Plans for Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER) projects. The Integrated Assessment Plans must capture the objectives, data collection requirements, test plans, test data, test results, and conclusions to produce and summarize the products/documents that clarify the prototype's features, benefits, and limitations.
- Ensure that all necessary information has been included allowing readers to quickly understand the purpose, performance, and utility of the capability under review.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Must have an active Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a technical writer.
- Experience with classified programs.
- Must have technical familiarity with System Requirements, Key Performance Parameters (KPPs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), and minimum acceptable/desired system capabilities.
- Must be efficient in generating PowerPoint Briefs and Assessments.
- Must have operational analyst background.
- Experience with synthesizing large volumes of information into concise, well-informed written products.
- Experience writing for an OSD audience is strongly preferred.
- Military or OSD experience.
